AP Designer Homes 

At 9 Haig St, Netherby, our goal was to design a sophisticated and timeless luxury home that balances elegance with practicality. Every aspect of the project was carefully considered to create a space that is both beautiful and functional. The design was inspired by a desire to craft a home that feels refined yet welcoming, with natural materials, clean lines, and a neutral palette that enhances light and space.

To achieve a modern yet timeless aesthetic, we incorporated statement stone surfaces, minimalist design elements, and an open-plan layout, with the kitchen serving as the heart of the home. Stone Ambassador surfaces—Perla Venata and Element Grey from their Zenith Surfaces range, and Morocca from the Vasari Surfaces range—were selected for their exceptional quality, durability, and refined elegance. Their ability to replicate natural stone while offering resilience made them the perfect choice for a high-end home like this. The subtle veining and polished finish of these surfaces elevate the kitchen’s design, making it both luxurious and practical for everyday living.

This project was a collaboration between AP Designer Homes and a talented team of professionals, including architect Rick from D’Andrea Architects, interior designer Sarah from Gloss & Grain, and lighting designer The Light Impact. The project also saw the expertise of Hutch Landscape Studio and Tumbled for exterior stone and pavers. Functionality was equally prioritized in the kitchen, where we focused on ample storage, integrated appliances, and a spacious island that enhances both work and social spaces.
