A Palm Springs Collaboration: Zenith Surfaces, Metricon Homes & Kirsten Tibballs Unite in the Vantage 48

Stone Ambassador is proud to partner with Metricon Homes, introducing our Zenith Surfaces in the Vantage 48 with the Las Palmas façade show home, located in Rowville. As Metricon says, the kitchen is the heart of the home, and that’s exactly the case here. Stone Ambassador is honoured to see the Zenith Surfaces range in Bescato Bianco, Perla Venata and Kirec, featured throughout this impressive home.

The Vantage 48, with the Las Palmas façade, is inspired by Palm Springs style. The palette is tonal and organic, layered with oak timber, brushed brass, soft grey-greens and subtle texture. The home feels open, warm and quietly stylish. Timber flooring and loop pile carpet add softness, while the layered materials give each room depth without being heavy. The kitchen becomes a true focal point, anchored by Zenith Surface in Bescato Bianco, which lifts the space with its soft veining and clean, luminous finish. It complements the palette perfectly and brings both practicality and durability to the heart of the home.

To showcase the durability and design of Bescato Bianco, Stone Ambassador partnered with Metricon and Kirsten Tibballs to host an intimate Chocolate Masterclass inside the show home. A handful of Metricon customers, many in the early stages of their Studio M selections, attended an evening that combined chocolate making, design and a closer look at the materials used in the home.

A Taste of Passion Fruit White Chocolate Tart

Kirsten Tibballs brought the Palm Springs influence to life with a hands-on demonstration of a tropical tart created exclusively for Stone Ambassador and Metricon Homes. She talked guests through each step, the ingredients she used, how the citrus flavours were balanced, little tricks in the process, and of course, the chocolate element. Each guest was treated to a sample of the fresh citrus tart topped with a chocolate palm tree. The number-one question of the night was: “How do I make this at home?”

Although Kirsten is known for rarely repeating special-edition creations, she kindly allowed Stone Ambassador to share this one of a kind recipe.

For our viewers, followers and customers, we’re pleased to present the exclusive Tropical Tart recipe, created in partnership with Kirsten Tibballs.

We’d love to see you recreate this tropical tart in your own kitchen.
